Project Details
One of the most difficult aspects of this project was the limited amount of time we had for completion! Before starting any work on the float, I made a timeline to help breakdown the project into more manageable steps. This proved very useful when the time for float construction began! After completing each of these milestones, I documented how many hours it took so that I would have a clear log of all of the time we spent!

Budget
Before we started building, it was also very important that we set a budget for the project. I had the opportunity to work closely with the treasurer of the Student Nurses Association, and determine what our budget would be. Our funds for the project came out of the SNA budget, which grows from fundraising and projects. We were also very fortunate to have much of the supplies donated by community members!
